Startup<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Biasanya memiliki tiga pihak utama: founder, investor, dan karyawan kunci (melalui ESOP). Untuk menghindari ketegangan antara kontrol dan modal, skema umum yang diterapkan adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Founder: 60\u201370%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investor: 20\u201330%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ESOP (karyawan kunci): 5\u201310%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Perlu dicatat, pembagian rata (misalnya 50-50) bisa tampak adil, tapi jika kontribusi berbeda, hal ini malah bisa memicu ketidakseimbangan komitmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-bisnis-keluarga\"><strong>2.
